We are proud to announce that MS-GIST 2015 graduate Stephen Tham has accepted a position as a GIS Analyst with the Umatilla Indian Reservation in northeastern Oregon. Stephen will be tasked with providing a wide range of GIS technical support. He will implement GIS operations in both natural resource and planning contexts and manage highly complex GIS projects across multiple disciplines, performing advanced spatial analysis, geodatabase design, and supporting the overall success of the organization.
