Bret Vandevoort, a current Masters of Science in Geographic Information Systems Technology program student, has landed a paid internship with Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold. In 2012 Travis Smith, a MS-GIST alumni, began an internship with Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold and later went on to a full time job with them.
