Balaji states, “Interviewing with Esri has been a great experience. It all started with Esri International User Conference 2013, where I met recruiting team at Esri Career booth, had initial discussions with Technical team, followed by couple of telephonic interviews, before I was called to Redlands, California for a day of interviews. Prior to starting my Masters in GIS program, I was working with Cybertech Systems and Software Limited, based in Thane, India as Subject Matter Expert (SME) - GIS, involved in providing Technical Support to Esri customers, assisting them in developing GIS applications using Esri SDKs - ArcObjects, ArcGIS Server APIs. I should thank University of Arizona MS GIST program, Esri Inc, Esri User Conference Student Assistanship program, without them this wouldn't have happened.”
