A huge congratulations to our 30 in-person and online spring 2022 MS-GIST graduates. This has been our biggest class to date, and they have all been a pleasure to work with.

Also, a big thank you to Dr. Jennifer Mason, Dr. Yoga Korgaonkar, and Dr. Fernando Sanchez-Trigueros for advising these students on their capstone projects. We had an excellent group of presentations with topics as diverse as suitability analyses for Mars landings, improving evacuation routes related to the 2020 Bighorn Fire, and a spatial analysis of Tucson’s changing housing market!
