Masters of Science in Geographic Information Systems Technology Director Gets Promoted

Chris Lukinbeal, the Masters of Science in Geographic Information Systems Technology program director, has been promoted to Associate Professor with Tenure.  This promotion will become effective with the start of the 2013-2014 academic year.
