Congratulations to Troy Snyder (MSGIST 2023) who will be working with the UArizona Prevention Research Center and Participatory Evaluation Institute. Troy writes, "For the Yuma County Health Assessment, I’ll be assisting the U of A PRC/PEI with creating maps and doing some data analysis to look at factors that impact the health of county residents. Some of these factors may include: quality of life, access to healthcare, racial inequity related to healthcare access/quality, etc.  I’m excited to be a part of this project which can contribute to eventually improving the quality of life for folks in Yuma County."
